Reissue Debit Card

Endpoint: POST /baas/debit-cards/:id/reissue

This endpoint can be used to request a new debit card (virtual or physical) when it has been lost, stolen, or damaged.

Virtual cards can only be reported as lost or stolen, while physical cards can be reported as any of the three reasons.

When a card is requested because it was damaged, the original debit card remains usable while the new debit card is processed. The card's PAN and ID won't change with this reason.

Otherwise, if the card was requested because it was lost or stolen, the original card is closed and the new card will have a new PAN and ID.
