Get Compliance Workflow

Endpoint: Get /baas/compliance-workflows/latest

This endpoint will get the latest compliance workflow (latest compliance workflow endpoint) created for this user if it exists one, if not, it will create one with the create compliance workflow Rize endpoint and return it.
