Get Debit Card Set-Pin URL

Endpoint: GET /baas/debit-cards/:id/set-pin-url

Rize returns a set-PIN form to set the PIN of a physical debit card. That means the PCI information will be sent directly to Rize and won't pass through your Linker API.

On sandbox and integration environments, the card won't change its status to normal.
