Activate Debit Card

Endpoint: POST /baas/debit-cards/:id/activate

A physical debit card needs to be activated after being shipped. This will change the debit card status from shipped to usable_without_pin.

Only physical debit cards need to be activated. Virtual cards are, by default, on a usable_without_pin status.
